I will not take a commission that I feel uncomfortable doing or that I feel I cannot do.

I will not take a commission from anyone who is rude or disrespectful.

I post any commissions I do, so if you are uncomfortable with me posting your commission on my social media, please make sure to specify and let me know.

Any break in my TOS will result in being blacklisted and/or refunded if a commission is in progress.

I only accept payment through Paypal, Venmo, Vgen, or Kofi, and in USD.

Full payment must be paid upfront.

Payment should be sent within 24 hours of the proposal/invoice being sent out unless stated otherwise.

If a hold is needed, please communicate that with me. I allow holds up to 2 weeks. Anything over 2 weeks will not be taken. While a hold is in place, your slot will be held but the commission will not be started until payment is received.

To order a commission, please DM me (preferably on Discord or Instagram) or order through VGen.

When contacting me, please be straightforward in asking for a commission and saying what you want. Here is a general form to follow when asking for a commission (outside of VGen):

References are required (either visual or written) – drawings, poses, inspiration, info on the character, etc.

I will let you know if I accept your commission; do not send payment before I accept.

Once I accept the commission, full payment must be sent upfront within 24 hours. Once payment is received, I will start the commission.

I will send updates on the commission throughout each stage (sketch, lineart, base colors, final) or whenever asked for; progress will also be available through Trello.

I will send the finished piece through dm and email, or through VGen if the commission was ordered through VGen.

I allow major revisions free of charge only at the sketch phase. Major revisions include composition changes, pose changes, additions to the drawing (e.g. adding a prop), or anything else that will need redrawing or transforming of parts.

Any revisions made after the sketch phase should be minor, such as a color change. These will be free.

Any major revisions after the sketch phase will be charged a fee (this does not include any mistakes on my part. If I messed up the design or an important note because of a miscommunication/forgetting on my part, you will not be charged).

I will do final minor revisions after the commission is finished, but once the commission is approved, no more revisions can be made.

Note: I work a full-time job from M-F. Please understand that this may cause changes in my schedule/workflow and may result in delays in your commission.

Normal commissions (e.g. flat color, character page, chibi, etc.) will usually be done within 2-3 months.

More complicated and detailed pieces (e.g. cel shade, paintings, etc.) will take me longer. These will usually take over 3 months.

Please keep my turnaround time in mind if you have a deadline. If you need something to be done before this, a rush fee will be applied. If a rush fee is needed, please allow for at least a week for a deadline as I physically cannot complete a commission in just a few days (unless it is a small commission).

For rush fees, please refer to section IX for more information.

If something comes up in my schedule, I may take longer on the commission, but I will make sure to update you if that's the case.

I will send the finished PNG file(s) through VGen, and email if requested.

Different versions or transparent PNGs may be requested if available.

You may use my art for personal use only (unless commercial/merchandise use has been obtained).

I do not allow my art to be used for AI or NFTs.

You may not claim my art as your own, trace, or steal my art.

Reposting the commission is allowed as long as you give full credit to me (I can be credited with my Vgen, Instagram, Twitter, or Toyhouse).

When reposting, please use the watermarked file provided (if it wasn’t provided, please feel free to ask me for one! Sometimes I forget).

If interested in using my art for commercial/merchandise use, this can be discussed. Commercial/merchandise use can be obtained at time of purchase or after purchase. If you have any questions as to what is considered commercial/merchandise use, please refer to the below:

personal use:

Included when purchasing a commission from me.

Posting/sharing the art on social media.

Using it as your profile picture, banner, icon, etc. on your social media.

Printing the art out for personal use (e.g. putting on your wall/board, using it as a badge, etc.).

commercial use:

200% of the final price.

Includes everything mentioned in personal use.

Using the art for promoting/marketing your business/yourself.

Using the art for branding for your business/yourself (e.g. website, logo, digital assets, etc.).

Using the art for streams, videos, thumbnails, etc. in which you could make profit indirectly (e.g. monetization).

merchandise use:

250% of the final price.

Includes everything mentioned in commercial use.

Using the art for physical merchandise such as stickers, prints, charms, keychains, etc. that would be sold and profit would be made directly.

I do not allow refunds UNLESS I myself have to issue it. If I end up not being able to finish the commission or if I take longer than expected with no updates or communication, then I will issue a refund or a refund can be requested.

If there is a break in my TOS and I am currently working on a commission for you (that is already paid for and is unstarted/unfinished), then I will refund the payment (either partial or full depending on the progress I’ve made) and blacklist you.

After the proposal has been sent and payment has been made, I will reach out through the preferred platform (VGen, Discord, Instagram, or Twitter) to discuss details and any questions that I may have about the commission.

I will send updates through DMs at each stage of the commission (sketch, lineart, base colors, final). Updates are usually on a weekly/every 2 weeks basis.

You are free to DM me if you have any concerns or questions about your commission. If I still haven’t sent an update in over 2 weeks, please feel free to reach out!

As a client, please ensure that you respond to any updates and questions in a timely manner (within 3 days preferred, 1 week max) throughout the commission process to ensure a smooth delivery (especially if a deadline is involved).

additional characters:

+1 character: +50% of the base price

+2 characters: +100% of the base price

Any additional characters more than the above will not be accepted.

Please ensure that you are upfront with the number of characters upon first submitting a request.

detailed backgrounds:

Detailed background (anything including buildings, furniture, environments, etc.): +50% of the base price

additional versions:

+1 additional version: +50% of the final price

+2 additional versions: +100% of the final price

Any additional versions more than the above will not be accepted.

Additional versions (of a single commission) refers to requesting a version alongside the main commission with any major changes (e.g. different outfit, hairstyle, etc.).

Additional versions MUST be requested before starting the commission as this will impact the commission process.

major changes after the sketch phase:

Smaller major changes (expression changes, adjusting body parts, etc.): + $5-10 per change

Bigger major changes (pose changes involving the entire body, etc.): + $10+ per change

Any changes bigger than the above will be rejected.

rush fees:

Deadlines in 1 week: +50% of the final price

Deadlines in 2-4 weeks: +25% of the final price

Deadlines sooner than 1 week will not be accepted.

Rush fees can be requested before the commission has been started, or during the commission process if something has come up.

commercial/merchandise use:

Commercial use (monetization): 200% of the final price

Merchandise use: 250% of the final price

Commercial/merchandise use can be requested at the beginning, or can be obtained afterwards.
